Speedster:
Though not much of a taijutsu user, Hayato has been known to move pretty quick. He can move about as fast a high-level chuunin or low-level jounin. Hayato is a little faster than the other non-taijutsu jounin level shinobi. About 5-10% faster than regular jounin.

Speedy Hands:
Hayato can form hand seals really quickly and they can barely be seen by Jounin. They are even hard to see with the mastery of the sharingan. (Kinda like Itachi's hand speed)

Reputation - Street:
The character is well-known and respected figure on the streets of the Ninja World. He may be known as a killer not to be crossed, an honest costermonger or a likable thief. In any case, the character is generally regarded as a member of the Family in good standing. The character may be sought out for jobs or information. He can find information, weapons, pharmaceuticals, and inexpensive stolen goods with little trouble. If he is holding misappropriated property, he will have no trouble finding a fence to move the goods. When in need, he can find a safe house in which to hide until trouble passes.

Credentials:
The character has impeccable credentials that are of great use when opening up doors to Ninja society. Perhaps he has a signed recommendation from a well-known Member of The Clan Council, a high-ranking associate in The Hokage's personal guard, or an uncle with prominent ties among medical circles. In short, the character will seldom want for employment and can get admission into the best private schools and exclusive clubs. He will be able to obtain audiences and even favors from individuals who would otherwise be disinclined to hear him out. However, if the character abuses this ability, he may find that his credentials are no longer as sterling as they once were.

Murder of Crows:
The character has a large network of friends and associates that keep an eye out for him wherever he goes. Any time the character is in apparent danger or likely to be apprehended, a crow, or lookout, will approach him and give the word. Obviously there are limits to the reach of the character's network, but he will generally receive ample warning while around the slums, streets, and rookeries of the village.

The character is in excellent physical shape. He heals quickly and is seldom ill.

The character has become accustomed to the horrors of the Ninja world and possesses a steely resolve. (A Character with this Spec cannot take Cowardice Spec as well)

Uncontrollable Temper
The character is prone to extraordinary fits of anger. When the mood takes him, it overwhelms all reason, and he destroys and maims everything in his path until exhaustion overtakes him. These rages are generally marked with periods of blackouts in which the character forgets his actions entirely.

General Appearance: Hayato is very fit and has great muscular tone. Hayato is very slender and really doesn't gain that much wait, but since Hayato is still a teenager, he is still growing and will probably reach 5'11". Hayato usually wears the standard Konoha Jounin outfit but he had customized it. Hayato has a little Uchiha fan below his neck on his outfit, he has bandages coming from his shin to his toes and also bandages coming from his forearm to the beginning of his fingers. Hayato's face is slender and he doesn't have any facial hair, as he shaves frequently. His nose is small and slender and his hair is more like bed hair, with a big bang coming across his eye.

Personality: Hayato is a quiet person who only speaks when spoken too. He usually is very serious and wants to get to the point. But he has the most up most respect when it comes to kage level ninja. He smiles every once in a while. To him you have to earn respect before you receive it. He gets mad when someone keeps bothering him or annoys him but other than that he is very calm and relaxed. When he does get mad, he calms down very easily. He smiles when he is amused and it is easy to tell when he is happy or mad. He is less mysterious then he was as a genin and has become very calm and nice..

Hayato is in a slight way confident, but he doesn't mean to show it. It's kinda like an Uchiha thing. Hayato is also very loyal, loyal to his friends, and loyal to his families. He looks down on criminals as he finds they do it for the dumbest of reasons. Hayato is a nice person though, he will help you out if you need help. If he is in a situation where he has to choose between his comrades or a mission, he will choose his comrades, as Hayato feels that they could do a mission in the future that is better for the village. Hayato breaks the rules only to serve his village better.

The Clan

History, Legend of the Clan: The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.

The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.
Kekkai Genkai or Bloodline of the Clan: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.

The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.

Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

History:

Birth/Childhood Arc:
Hayato was born a very healthy and strong baby with white hair in Konoha. All of the other Uchihas heard rumor of an Uchiha born with white hair on the day of Hayato's birth, they were astonished, but it seemed to be that Hayato was born with a rare hair condition that made his hair white. His parents had black hair and were astonished but still treated him like he was their son. Hayato also had blue/green eyes which was also unusual. Hayato was looked as an outcast by the Uchiha of his age but he was still respected by his elders.

As Hayato grew older, the other kids in the neighborhood picked on him because of his white hair, but Hayato ignored it. He still made friends though, they were good friends. Hayato got in a lot of fights with the neighborhood kids and he had to deal with them everyday. Hayato easily beat them, he had a few cuts and bruises but he still came home victorious, the kids who picked on him, now worshiped him. Hayato was becoming one of the strongest shinobis at his age.

Academy Arc:
Hayato entered the Academy at the tender age of seven, Hayato did exceptionally well in the Academy. He was a genius and didn't want to disappoint his clan and his doubters. Hayato easily went through the Academy in one year. Hayato helped out his other class mates and trained them in some minor, like bunshin jutsu. His academy teachers looked upon Hayato as their star pupil, but he really didn't want to be treated like that. Hayato was progressing fast and was the best at everything he did. Hayato had the right to be cocky but chose not to as he did not feel that was being respectful to his peers and teachers. Hayato graduated from the Academy at the age of eight at the top of his class.

Genin Arc:
Hayato was glad to become a Genin, he was assigned in a very strong team, he was the strongest Genin out of the team. Hayato's went through a lot of missions and they all ended in success. Hayato's team was the star team and they all became good friends and the Jounin they had was very powerful, he was one of the strongest Jounin in the village. The Jounin all assigned the genin different teachers to prepare for the Chuunin exams. Hayato's Jounin was his team leader as they both had many things in common. While training for the Chuunin Exams, Hayato unlocked the first tomoe of the sharingan. He gained his sharingan right in time.

Hayato and his team easily passed the first and second exams. Hayato went through them and led his team. Then it was time for the first fights, Hayato and his team easily won. Then one of his team mates lost in the second round. Hayato won in that round and now Hayato had to go into the third round. Hayato made it through but his last team mate didn't, it was a well-fought battle. Hayato was now in the final round, his team cheered him on and he won. Hayato was excited and he and his team became Chuunin. Hayato was only eleven.

Chuunin Arc:
Hayato saw the village in a new light, it was great village but the crime rate was getting higher. Hayato had started to become exceptionally well at Ninjutsu and Genjutsu and he used them to defeat the criminals. His family were happy for him, they felt that he had beat all odds and become a great shinobi. He also helped during the Chuunin exams, he saw the new talent in the village and was very impressed, even helping them out in the exams. Hayato was respected around the village and started getting noticed by the higher ups in the village. Then he unlocked the second stage of the sharingan, Hayato was getting closer and closer to mastering the sharingan.

Jounin Arc:
Hayato became a Jounin at the age of fourteen, Hayato was very excited and happy. His clan looked to him as an elite ninja and he gladly wore the outfit. Hayato was happy and he quickly rose to being sent on missions for the council. Hayato was an active shinobi that got to travel to other villages and help people out. Hayato then finally mastered the sharingan at age fiftteen. Hayato had achieved the third tomoe and finally became a true Uchiha. Hayato trained and trained, he wanted to become Hokage one day. He was getting better and better. Hayato now wanders the village, trying to protect it from impeding danger. Hayato was becoming stronger and stronger day by day...

Hayato has been a jounin for about three years and has learned so many jutsu of different fields, he has went on many important missions, meeting new and old friends. He had mastered more than fifty jutsus in his young eighteen years Hayato now wants to achieve the next level of the sharingan, but he also knows the consequences of trying to achieve this sharingan. But he doesn't know which weighs more, the power or the illness?

Hayato couldn't believe that he sent out skeletons to attack him in the water, they popped up out of no where, but Hayato could make easy work of them. There were only five of them, so he could make easy work of them. Hayato jumped up out of the water and threw 3 kunai with explosive tags on them at the skeletons, that was more than enough power to kill them. He only had two explosive tags left, so he had to be careful. Hayato landed on the edge of the lake, he watched the fight and noticed that his partner was bleeding.

Hayato seen everything unfolding, it was astonishing. Two big beasts battling it out and he couldn't do anything, or could he? Hayato ran back to where he was before, but sneakily, so the opponent wouldn't notice. It didn't take long for him to get there. Hayato did this so he could do one attack, he was hoping it worked. Hayato knew not to talk, because it seemed as if the higher rank knew everything they were doing.

Hayato shunshined behind the opponent, floating in the air, and quickly did some hand signs. He then performed "Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique", the famous Uchiha. This time the fire was even hotter than the last one. This was huge and hot, but precise. It would take great speed to move away from that jutsu when Hayato was so close, especially if they weren't expecting it, even for a ninja at his rank. Hayato hoped this plan would work somehow. Hayato had some chakra left, but barely enough chakra to do a big attack like that. This was definitely the type of fight he was looking for. Hayato fell from and ran behind a tree, he ran behind the tree to try and rest but he was still on guard. He was ready, but he didn't want to die...not yet.

I would like to see some special characteristics that are "Bad" or "Weakness" on your character, and to perhaps remove a couple that you have. We don't want character's who can do everything/anything, we need chars that rely on each other :3
