Death Match

I've noticed that there was no spot for an off-rpg death match, and i really like to take out some people without it affecting mine or their characters. Also it is a good way to rp with other people outside your village, so if you put one in it would be appriciated.

Sorry but I never got the concept of the Off RPG section. So let me get this straight, you can kill someone, but it won't kill their character? If not can someone explain it?

It means whatever you do in the Off area it doesn't affect your character in anyway, so you can kill them and you won't have to make a new one. also it gives you a chance to hang out with someone that due to status you normally couldn't, such as A-ranked rogue and a konoha genin. it doesn't only have to be deathmatches, any sort of rp that you cant do in regular area.
