Ikazu can move very quickly compared to other shinobi in the village, his movements are said to be as fast a lightning, but they aren't. His moves are hard to trace without a special doujutsu. He is easily the fastest chuunin in Iwagakure and one of the fastest shinobi in Iwagakure. Part of this is because his natural affinity with Lightning, but even without that, he is quick as he has done a lot of leg weight training, making his kicks powerful as well.
Impressive Hands:
Just like his leg speed, Ikazu's hand speed is great also. They would be hard to see without a special doujutsu, but can still be seen being formed without a doujutsu. This is because he has trained with weights on his arms, thus increasing his strength as well, but not too much. As a taijutsu user he already has more strength, but despite his small frame, he has the strength of someone of greater size.
Credentials:
The character has impeccable credentials that are of great use when opening up doors to Ninja society. Perhaps he has a signed recommendation from a well-known Member of The Clan Council, a high-ranking associate in The Hokage's personal guard, or an uncle with prominent ties among medical circles. In short, the character will seldom want for employment and can get admission into the best private schools and exclusive clubs. He will be able to obtain audiences and even favors from individuals who would otherwise be disinclined to hear him out. However, if the character abuses this ability, he may find that his credentials are no longer as sterling as they once were.
Murder of Crows:
The character has a large network of friends and associates that keep an eye out for him wherever he goes. Any time the character is in apparent danger or likely to be apprehended, a crow, or lookout, will approach him and give the word. Obviously there are limits to the reach of the character's network, but he will generally receive ample warning while around the slums, streets, and rookeries of the village.

The character is in excellent physical shape. He heals quickly and is seldom ill.

The character is equally adept at using either hand. Although ambidexterity is rare at birth, it can be learned. Most duelists spend their whole lives refining this talent.

Uncontrollable Temper:
The character is prone to extraordinary fits of anger. When the mood takes him, it overwhelms all reason, and he destroys and maims everything in his path until exhaustion overtakes him. These rages are generally marked with periods of blackouts in which the character forgets his actions entirely.
Night Terrors:
The character suffers from a sleep disorder; nightly, he spontaneously awakens with panicked screams. During a typical episode, the character bolts upright in bed, his face a fear-marred mask and his eyes dilated, sweating profusely, and tormented by a baseless agitation. During such an attack, the character is unresponsive to attempts to comfort him until confusion and agitation subside. The character may then recount an overwhelming sense of dread and fragmentary dream images, but rarely a vivid and complete dream sequence.
Morning amnesia of the entire episode is the rule. Much to the befuddlement of witnesses, especially those kept awake, the character simply cannot recall the occurrence of the event.

General Appearance: Ikazu is very lean yet has a lot of muscular tone, the front of his blonde hair is spiked up, while the back is more bed-head ish. But it still has a spiked feeling to it. Ikazu has piercing blue eyes that are brought out by his yellow clothes and hair. Ikazu wears two different outfits, depending on what he wants to wear. He wears a bracelet on his right wrist to symbolize his clan and his main type of jutsu, he made it so he would never forget. He also has two little earrings in his ears that he wears all the times, they're not really noticeable. He wears the Iwagakure symbol either on his shoulder or his waist, depending on his outfit.

Personality: Ikazu looks like he would be a serious person but at heart, he can be pretty silly. He keeps a serious face but smiles and laughs when he is amused. Ikazu doesn't get mad unless something is really bothering him, but he doesn't get mad that easily. When he does get mad, Ikazu will go on a rampage, and won't stop until he feels that they have had enough. Ikazu is a very calm person and is very adaptive of his surroundings. When Ikazu goes into a battle, he becomes very serious, unless it is against someone he knows he could beat easily
Ikazu can be seen as cocky, but that's only because he believes in his abilities as a shinobi. He knows that he has potential to one day become a kage level ninja or the kage of a village one day. He's dedicated to become one of the strongest shinobi alive. Ikazu is a very non-gullible person, he's smart and knows not to believe in everything that everybody has to say. Ikazu knows that if he has to kill someone, he will kill them. He knows his duties and he will abide by them, but he will break them if the situation is right. Ikazu is also very respectful towards shinobi of higher or equal level.
The Clan
History, Legend of the Clan: The Godai clan is one of the strongest clans that is associated with the elements, with a member of the clan being able to use two elements that were their affinity, they were also able to apply these elements to their body in a wide variety of ways, the names of the clan members seem to correspond with the main element that they use, an important member of the clan named Ikazu Raiken seems to use his Raiton element most of the time. The clan is very scarce and have been known to appear in every part of the great five nations. They are famous for their incredible use of the natural elements and their great doujutsu, which compared to the great sharingan.
The Godai clan started with one member, Kami Godai. He was the son of a rinnegan user and was given his body and and spirit, as he was able to use all of the natural elements easily and achieved his own jutsu as he wasn't able to obtain the rinnegan. The offspring of Kami were only able to use two elements, but they were masters of the natural elements at a young age and achieved the doujutsu. The clan was started in the Kumogakure, the village hidden in the clouds. They have since moved around, finding a right home.
The clan is very peaceful and produce shinobi of high quality. The clan are mainly Ninjutsu and Taijutsu based and can incorporate their elements into their body, making them fierce opponents. But as stated, the clan is scarce and there are only a few members remaining. They have specific clan jutsu because their element based justu are stronger than other shinobi.
Kekkai Genkai or Bloodline of the Clan:
Shimogan (Following Eye)
The Shimogan is the kekkei genkai of the Godai clan, the eye can follow and predict the movements of an opponent, but they can't predict and follow as well as the sharingan. Also unlike the Sharingan, the Shimogan cannot copy moves. They can predict the movements to a certain degree and can see chakra, but not chakra points. It is a very strong doujutsu and because they can see chakra, they can tell if someone is in a genjutsu, but they aren't able to resist genjutsu. Their aren't stages of this doujutsu but the mastery of this eye depends on the user and their rank, Jounin and Kage level shinobi are masters, Chuunin level Shinobi are average, and Genin level shinobi are amateurs. It is mainly used for taijutsu, as it can follow and predict the movements. The jutsu takes away a D-rank amount of chakra every 3 posts and can last for about 15 posts.

Elemental Masters
The Godai clan are natural masters at the natural basic five elements, fire, lightning, water, earth, and wind. But the members of the clan can only use two elements and it is their affinities. They can also incorporate the elements into their bodies to make them stronger, faster, more flexible, and a wide array of things. They can also make their elemental jutsu stronger than other shinobi because of their natural feeling with them. They can practically bend their natural elements because of their affinity with them. They also earn the last name of the main element associated with them.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Name: Raiton: Dendou Anago no jutsu [Lightning Release: Electric Eel Technique]

Description: A basic Raiton technique. The user must perform two hand seals while gathering chakra either in a concentrated spot or all throughout their body. This part may be performed as much as thirty seconds in advance of the actual attack and held in till released. Upon release a high voltage shock will either travel through the point of concentration or through the body as a whole, delivering a shock capable of stunning and causing uncontrollable muscle spasms in the victim. To be hit by this technique a person must be either in contact or withing three feet of the user under normal conditions. While under water this effect widens substantially to withing ten feet of the user. This technique is incapacitating for a full ten seconds (meaning two combat posts) and is strong enough to stop a human heart if concentrated and directed correctly. As the effects wear off a person may feel a burning or tingling sensation all over their body, though the technique does not physically leave more then first degree burns even when focused.

Name: Raiton: Jinrai no Jutsu [Lightening Release: Thunder Clap Technique]

Description: A basic lightening jutsu requiring two hand seals. The user performs the two seals and concentrates their chakra into their hands creating a negative charge in their hands opposite a positive charge in the air, created by the release of chakra from the body. The two charges create an area extending one foot away from the charged hands of the user that is filled with miniature lightening. The lightening creates a bright white flash that is capable of blinding, and creates a pressure wave that sweeps forward in a 180 degree ark from one side of the user to the other. The pressure wave can rupture ear drums and at close to medium range can knock a person off their feet (melee-20ft aprox). If a person is actually within the foot range of the hands severe electrocution will follow. This technique is built to disorient, not as a melee attack.

Name: Raiton: Tsuchi Kujono Jutsu [Lightning Release: Earth Destruction Technique]

Description: A basic lightning jutsu requiring the use of two hand seals. The shinobi performs the hand seals and uses elemental manipulation to convert their chakra to the lightning element. Then the user transfers the energy into the ground to any spot of their desire within 50 feet of their current position. When activated with a release seal from the user that area, consisting of a three foot diameter circle, will explode due to rapid expansion from heating from the electricity running through the dirt and rock. This is near the strength of an explosive tag when the spot chosen is just normal dirt; however, if a small to medium sized rock outcrop or pile of earth were on top of the chosen location the blast becomes much stronger. Composition of ground is important when using this technique as rock will create small fragments that act akin to shrapnel, while plain dirt will act more like a concussion grenade. This technique can be used against constructs created by earth specializing ninja.

Name: Raiton: Mayoko Rakurai no Jutsu [Lightning Release: Ark Lightning Technique]

Description: A long range technique requiring four hand seals. The user builds up an electrical charge, usually in the hands, via elemental manipulation of lightning chakra. This is done while the hand seals are being performed and can be seen by electricity arcing between the hands. The user then simply directs their attack by pointing at the spot they wish to attack, unleashing a blast of lightening from said pointing finger at the target. This attack is strong enough to severely burn the point of impact, throw a person several feet through the air, or make rock formations explode as they rapidly are heated. As usual with a lightning element there is a considerable shock at the end of this lightening bolt. People hit often lose consciousness, convulse, froth at the mouth, smoke from the hair, and can possibly have their heart stopped. This jutsu is effective at up to 100 feet away, but becomes less accurate over distance. At 50 feet it is very accurate, at 75, moderately, and at 100 it requires some luck to hit a person sized target.

Description: It's pretty simple, the user does the appropriate hand seals and lightning will become visible in their hands and feet. This increases the potency of an attack, meaning not only can it hurt you, it could also stun or shock you. But it does require a constant flow of chakra, so using it too long will eventually drain you of chakra. Each post will take a C-rank amount of chakra out of you.

Description: Dai Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area. This requires a fan.

Description: This encircles the opponent with a spiral of wind, then the wind starts to rotate and is focused in rotating more and more fast. Once the opponent is imprisoned inside the spiral, the user can add projectiles, which will also encircle the opponent, effectively cutting them. That can make this jutsu deadly. This requires a fan, and will last one post.

Description:The user does a couple of handsigns and then a small tornado appears. The tornado can take rocks and small trees out of the ground. It can suck people off their feet into the spinning vortex. If the enemy is caught in this jutsu they will be twisted at 20 miles per hour while small objects hit them that are also inside the tornado. The furthest this jutsu can o is up to 30 yards out.

Characteristics: Akio can move at about 300 mph and can shoot lightning from parts different of his body. He also has very strong fur, almost as strong as bone. Akio also has very quick relfexes. He can also shape shift from a normal cheetah size to about 20 feet.
Story: Ikazu got this summon from his clan but this was his personal summon. Akio has been with Ikazu since he was a young genin and has become a great friend with him.

Birth/Childhood Arc:
It was a dark and stormy night, it wasn't even raining, it was just a lightning storm. Lightning was coming down everywhere in the village, it seemed as though the lightning was in every village. A woman was in labor on this night, it was the mother of Ikazu Raiken. The screams and shouts of a woman in labor were everywhere, the man she called her husband was right there holding her hand. All of the clan members were there, it was a great sight to see. Finally the baby came out, it was a beautiful baby boy and he was named Ikazu Raiden. His golden hair and it looked as if electricity was moving between his strands. Soon after he was born, his family moved to Iwagakure to live a better life.
Ikazu grew up to what seemed like seconds, he was already five years old and had a lot of friends. He was very free-caring, he was like any other five year, except that he quickly showed skill as a shinobi, even though he wasn't in the academy yet. As he was in Iwagakure, he met a new genin who just graduated, his name was Ochiba and he had a friend named Akira. He wanted to be just like them, he saw how strong Ochiba was. He wanted to be just like him, if not even stronger than him. Ikazu enrolled in the academy as soon as he turned six.
Academy Arc:
Ikazu arrived in the academy and was pretty popular, but he still kept his ties with his friend Ochiba. Ikazu was getting stronger and stronger, easily excelling among his class. Some of the class idiots tried to challenge him, three on one. Ikazu saw that they were very cocky and over-confident. Ikazu got serious on them since it was three of them but he was sure that he could have beat them while he was sleep. It was after school and they all tried to attack him, and Ikazu easily defeated him. It didn't take long, they came back to school the next day with bruises and cuts. They never messed with Ikazu again. Ikazu graduated shortly at the top of his class at 8 years old.
Genin Arc:
Ikazu was a young genin, he was a strong genin. Ikazu was now the same rank as Ochiba, so now they hung out more. Ochiba was five years older than him but that didn't matter because they had so much respect for each other, Ikazu went on a few B-ranked missions because he was considered very strong for his age. He also earned his summon for becoming a genin by his clan. Ikazu was assigned a team not long after about two years. He was ten years old, and after a year on this team, he was the strongest. They became good friends and now it was time to enter the chuunin exams. But right before the exam, he achieved his clans doujutsu.
While in the chuunin exams, his team won the first two rounds but then his two other teammates could not win the battles that they had to ensue. They passed the tests and forest with flying colors but they couldn't get past the other genin, but Ikazu could. Ikazu was the only won who won the battles, showing his mastery in his clan's kekkei genkai. He went to the final rounds and easily dispatched of his opponents. It was a unanimous decision, he was pronounced a chuunin while his teammates didn't. He was finally a rank higher than Ochiba, he felt proud of himself.
Chuunin Arc:
Ikazu has done a lot of missions as a chuunin and has been a chuunin for about four years, he believed that he was jounin tank but didn't think too much of it, as he knew how strong he was. Ikazu was getting close to mastering the Shimogan, he was becoming stronger. He soon started to gain a reputation as one of the fastest shinobi in the village. He was starting to lose touch with his once best friend and rival Ochiba, he had to rekindle their friendship. Ikazu heard things about him, but didn't worry about it too much.
Ikazu was going to protect the city and the remaining members of his clan with all of his power. He had seen some things through his 16 years but he wasn't surprised, he was a shinobi after all. Now it was his time to become someone...
RP Sample:Hayato saw that the girl looked scared of him, so Hayato uncrossed his arms, he didn't meant to be so crass with her, he was just worried of her well-being. He didn't want such a young innocent looking girl to look hurt. Hayato knew she wasn't from this village, he would have noticed her, especially because of the bunny she was carrying around. She looked very attached to it, she probably carried it around everywhere she went. Hayato would have known... Hayato bent down to be at her level then said "I know you aren't from here, but I was just worried about you. I'm a Jounin from Konoha, so you shouldn't be scared of me." Hayato had his signature cheery smile, he didn't want her to be scared of him, as he was a nice guy.
Hayato then heard footsteps, someone was listening to them. Then the footsteps became louder and in a rapid succession. Hayato looked behind him to see a teenager, Hayato stood up straight. The older girl stood next to the younger girl, she was about Hayato's height, slim yet built, black clothing, and she had dark brown hair. Hayato could tell the hair was brown because it looked black but had a slight tint of brown, which let him know it was most likely dark brown hair. Hayato had his hands by his side, then the older girl started to speak, she was saying something of they were sisters ,they came here to look at their mother's grave, and thanking him for finding her. But then she bent down and winked at the girl.
Hayato didn't know if the girl knew that Hayato saw the wink but he did indeed see it. Hayato knew that this girl wasn't from the village, as he never saw her neither or did he know anyone that knew her. Also, the Hokage would have notified the Jounin and Chuunin of the of visitors. Hayato knew that she was lying. The girl next to her looked surprised to see her, as if she didn't know who she was. Hayato looked at the ground and chuckled while shaking his head. Hayato then looked back up at them, "You guys aren't from here, I know that. The Hokage would have notified me of your visit." Hayato said with a smile.
"I think you guys should leave the village. I will give you forty-eight hours to leave, I could put you both in an orphanage, but I won't. I could also kill you, but I won't. If I see you in the village after forty-eight hours, I'm sorry, but I would have to take drastic measures." Hayato said with a calm face and voice. Hayato then gave a slight bow and said "Carry on." Hayato turned around and made a great leap out of the graveyard. He then proceeded to walk around the to other side of the village, he trusted that the girls would leave in the next forty-eight hours. Hayato didn't want anything to happen to them, plus he had more important stuff to do.
