Believed Dead
Despite being very much alive, the character is believed to be dead. Perhaps he disappeared outside the walls of the village and was proclaimed devoured by demons or ghouls. He may have feigned his own death at great difficulty and expense. He could have even been the victim of a conspiracy that sought to erase his existence. Whatever the case, the world at large believes the character to be dead.

The character has large gaps in his memories. Depending on the severity of his amnesia, the character could have lost the details of a few important events of his life, whole months or years, or nearly his entire life’s history. Sometimes the character may grasp onto fleeting memories as if in a dream, but these instances are rare and the memories are indistinct, as if they happened to another person. Occasionally the character may become confused about dates, places or people. He may even adopt a fictional history in order to fill the gaps in his own memory. Amnesia is generally caused by damage to the brain, severe physical or psychological trauma, disease or drugs.

Excellent Liar Trait
The character is extremely good at Lying, no one can read him even with the use of special mind probing jutsu or lie detectors. This unique trait is extremely useful. The only way to uproot a lie created is to prove it wrong; and even then the character may simply play the lie even more.

Lie Detector
The Character has an ability to read opponents, habits, quirks and other things will point the character out as a liar. This is useful in and out of battle, though it will sometimes drive men or women insane hearing their sweethearts lie to their faces.

General Appearance: Ochiba is a very normal looking shinobi. Whats underneath is a whole new story. He is very lean and has light orange hair. It is very light and thin. No hair on his face nor on his chest. On his ears he has 2 stub earrings and has his tongue pierced. He has 1 brown stripe go across his face and 2 green ones under each eye.

He wears a normal chunin outfit but he has to modify it. His vest is strong enough to block against kunais and has little pouches in them. It has reinforced steel nut not enough to slow him down. It is short sleeved which reaches a couple inches lower than standard and it is brown with green camo. It has a zipper going down the middle Sometimes he wears either a shortsleeve black shirt or a longsleeve brown shirt underneath to hide his arms. He wears gloves to cover his fingers.

His lowers are just normal shinobi skin tight jeans. They match the color of his vest. He has a belt that he attaches all of his poaches onto. Containing most standard weapons. He wears the standard shinobi sandals that also match and his forehead protector is actually wore across like a sash.

Personality: Ochiba is a very jovial person. He usually just smiles alot and does what he has to do. Ochiba pulls little pranks on people and usually helps alot around the village. Someone who grow up like him would be fulled with hate and Ochiba basically created this own history from when the blank came and made it good. He is one of the nicest guys any one will meet. He is quite rebellious and he stands in what he believes in. This making him stubborn, which makes him a pain sometimes. He is very wise for a youngling and very dedicated to all off his work. He has the power to raise up a whole new village if he really wanted too. Ochiba is one that will always be there for you no matter what and he is a great master and teacher.

His version of fun is anything to do with puppets, he loves puppets and he has a passion for them. Often when fighting another puppeteer he tries to figure out what the puppet is all about and if he likes it he tries to incorporate in into his next puppet. He often cleans his own puppets and fixes flaws about them, like delay time and prone to breaking. Even when he meets a puppeteer as a friend it is all about the puppets, not them. Ochiba still wouldn't talk about his past, of course it has puppets inside but he doesn't know about it.

He is hard to understand and is unpredictable. No one thinks like him so no one knows what he will do. He is one of the most different person anyone will ever meet. He is very complex and even more complex when you know nothing of him. He usually listens to his commanders, even when he doesn't support the idea. When someone does something they aren't supposed to he steps in because he has to, not because he wants to. He follows orders. Which makes him very stubborn about himself and his orders. He is very strong willed and strong headed.

The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. Placing his/her hands against the dome he/she is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

If the enemy is caught in this jutsu they will be twisted at 20 miles per hour while small objects hit them that are also inside the tornado. The furthest this jutsu can o is up to 30 yards out.

Description: The user uses wind to pick up objects. The user creates a gust of wind to either pull things closer or further. The user blows wind out to push something away and the pulls wind behind the item to bring it closer. Doing the same to push up or down. Using the wind on the bottom and pushing up will lift up an item, using this concept to either push and pull items.
Using a couple of hand signs and motioning the object. This can be bricks, a ball and other items.
C=1-50 pounds
B=51-150 pounds
A=151=250 pounds.
The user gets exhausted if holding even a C ranked limit for a couple of minutes.

After Ochiba lost his arms, his master knew he wouldn't be able to defend himself so he forged a summon to be like Ochiba. The summons name was Doppel and he trained it to Ochiba. Doppel has fire skin, so when someone touches it, it burns depending on how long.

Physical Appearance: A Puppet arm. It can be removed from 3 different gauges, Hand only, Elbow down, or all. It is made out of the normal puppet material and is flame retardant and water proof. The Puppet arm can be used from up to 10 yards away if it is detached. Anything on his puppet can rotate 360 degrees. It also holds a short sword in the inside of the forearm. The puppets pieces can be brought back together with a C ranked worth of charka, even when they are scattered.

Weapon 1 On the right arm on the outside of the forearm has a compartment for a small shield. The shield is wide enough for only himself and can block against any B ranked or lower ninjutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu, weapon, or anything else able to be blocked by a shield.
Weapon 2In between the gauges of the puppets arm are metal strings. The arm can be launched off at up to 40 miles per hour and 1 other weapon can be working while in mid flight. The Metal strings are so strong only a B ranked jutsu can break them and they are sharp so they can cut skin too. They can be wrapped around someone with enough to force kill them.
Weapon 3On the lower side of the palm has high pressurized water canons.
Saito shoots out water stream cutters that can cut through rocks.
Weapon 4On the knuckles of the puppet it can shot senbons out. The senbons move up to 70 miles per hour and have deadly accuracy. They can be shoot as far as 50 yards with deadly force and since they are so small they are hard to see and more can fit into a cartridge. In each Cartridge is 50 senbons, only 1 can be used at 1 time and has to be reloaded. They can also be wrapped with paper bombs.
Weapon 5On the upper side of the right palm has a fan of short swords. The short swords come out and start to spin, the force of the spinning blades is as strong as a D-B ranked wind jutsu. The spinning blades are sharp so 1 touch while they are spinning can shop off a limb.

Physical Appearance: Puppet eyes. The eyes are linked into the brain so the user can see outside of them and this has several traits to it. The eyes can spin 360 degrees.The puppets pieces can be brought back together with a C ranked worth of charka, even when they are scattered.

Weapon 1 This is a automatic weapon that when someone targets the user of this puppet with a genjutsu, it will have no affect unless it is A ranked or higher.
It blocks against B ranked and reflects to C and D ranked meaning the caster of the genjutsu will fall into their own genjutsu if it is C ranked or lower.
Weapon 2 This lets the user be able to see up to 1 mile away on flat land. He can either zoom in or zoom out.
Weapon 3This lets the user change the appearance of their eye, for instance they can make their eye look like a sharingan eye.
Weapon 4He can shoot a screen of smoke with a diameter of 15 yards.
Weapon 5He can look in Heat vision.

Weapon 2On his palms he can shoot out flames using a built in flamethrower.
The Flames can reach up to A B ranked worth of fire and can melt down metal objects, they can reach up to 20 yards out.
Weapon 3A Lighting cannon on the bottom on Ochibas wrist that can shoot out a strike of lighting. The lighting can penetrate skin at 10 yards and can paralyze up to 15 yards away
Weapon 4 One the bicep and tricep are chains. The Chains can wrap around something or someone. They shoot out at 40 miles per hour and the ends of them are sharp. They are almost unbreakable and a A ranked or higher can only break it.
Weapon 5A buzzsaw shaped blade appears at the inner forearm and can be shot from the inner forearm to a target, they are mostly for hidden purposes and can go through out the air up and down. They have the power to do some serious damage. They are 15 maximun

History:
Birth Arc.
Ochiba was born on a sunny average day in Konoha. His father was a Jonin and his mother never enrolled into the academy and lived as a mistress who made clothing. Ochiba was always dressed in nice clothing and he was tampered very well. He wasn't born into a clan or have a special ability at birth so he grow up just like any other average kid. His father missed the early days of his childhood and his mother was always working so they got his grandmother to take care of him as a child.

Pre Academy.
While living with his grandmother he learned how to sew clothing. He didn't have much friends growing up and he usually just played with his favorite doll. It was a Baboon named Chino. Everytime Ochiba needed someone to play with or to talk to Chino was always there and he always adored him because of it. There was also this other boy named Moca. Moca would always play with Ochiba and they would even sew together. They would do alot together but they never had the chance. Moca was apart of a hated clan in Konoha and he had to move away, Ochiba never saw him for years. Ochiba didn't understand why and he spent alot of time with Chino.

After some time Ochiba wanted Chino to be real he decided to make him into a puppet. This one was a stuffed dinosaur puppet with no weapons or anything and this is when he learned to control puppets. After their parents see him play and with his incredible intelligence they thought they would enroll him into the academy. They weren't going to but they did.

Academy
One morning Ochiba was supposed to go to the Academy for his first day. He didn't know though and his family wanted to surprise him. That morning Ochiba brought his puppet Chino into the building. This mother kissed him goodbye and he was alone, but with Chino. Ochiba was very shy in the academy because he never really made friends and he was 10 at the time. He was scared that his friends would leave him again so he just stuck with Chino. A lot of the other kids made fun of Ochiba for playing with toys. The Sensei even took it up from him one day because it was distracting him from learning. The thing was that Ochiba learned all the material very quickly and would get bored in class.

He started to impress everyone by actually doing the jutsus they learned on the first week. Ochiba was naturally gifted and his senseis were shocked. He started to make more friends and hang out with more kids. He never left Chino anywhere though, that was most important to him. He was finally making friends. Then one day while walking home he found a traveler who mastered genjutsus. He thought they were fun and he wanted to practice in it. He asked his mother and she said they would learn about it then they get to genin and thats would inspired him to pass.

Genin
While a genin and with Chino his sensei was named Joko. He did not have teammates so it was just the two of them. Joko was a master of Genjutsu, Ninjutsu and Puppets.
Ochiba was pleased and he went to learning very quickly. Joko was a very sly mysterious guy. Ochiba started to grow up with him and he learned all he knows now. At this time he is still living in Konoha and everything will change soon.After months of training Ochiba thought they could go on a B ranked mission, Joko couldn't talk him out of it and Ochiba was getting very excited. Their mission was to go into Iwagakure and spy on them for a couple days. Ochiba was jumpy and waited for it to finally happen, it was his worst mistake.

While on the way Ochiba and Joko talked alot about the danger and things that could go wrong. Ochiba started to get worried but he wouldn't give up. He went and on the last day of recon they were supposed to do back. They were spotted. They started to run through the farms outside the village and stole some cloths that were drying off outside. They put them on and told the Kage that they were the last of their village and they needed a place to stay. Back in Konoha everyone thought they were dead. Joko sent 1 falcon to tell them everything was alright.

Ochiba had to go back to the Academy to figure out where he was in his training. After passing tests and exams they thought he was a very strong genin. Joko was caught because he put the Kage under a genjutsu for him to give up the orders, Joko lost and dead. His scheme almost got Ochiba killed but he pleaded it was for personal reasons and Ochiba was followed everywhere he went. Surveillance.

Ochiba wasn't allowed a team just yet because their was a shortage of jonin and his circumstances. He would often talk to the guards following him. They became their friends, Ochiba was 14 at this time and he needed some more training. After a couple years of being guarded Ochiba joined a genin group at 17 years of age. This whole time he was training himself and creating new jutsus.

The Kage wanted him dead but he could stay if he was strong enough. Ochiba was a novice in puppetry and strong in genjutsu. The Kage knew about him after several years of surveillance and found his weakness. They would send him back to Konoha for a spying mission. He was taped with seals that would explode if he went inside the village. The only thing he could do is obey. The kage told him he would be promoted if he came back.

While fighting off his fellow men he found Moca. His only friends from his childhood and he was being used as a puppet to kill him. Thats when Ochiba decided to give up his puppetry and he fought Moca without one, losing. Moca wanted him to die how he lived. Moca cut off half his body vertically and needed up cutting off his right arm, right left and plucking his eyes out.

Joko was watching the whole battle. Ochiba thought Joko was dead and Joko ordered Moca to stop because he wouldn't stop until Ochiba was completely dead. Joko brought him back and sealed him up, making him a half puppet. Joko lived in a shack outside the village so Ochiba didn't die from the seals and he came back as half the man he used to be. Joko inserted some of the best puppet attachments he had, Gigan, Gisoku,Giokei. They were the best of the best and then they were now attached Ochiba. He got these and he wanted to fight Moca once more but he cannot.
Ochiba still followed orders so now he would be pronounced a Chunin. Ochibas new body has a new arsenal of itself and he never spoke in detail about the mission. The reason for that is because he forgot what happened, when he was near death he couldn't remember what happened and only blanked out majority of his past. He got a huge scar on the top of his head.
This changed him forever but the Kage was to stubborn to give him chunin, his mission wasn't over. He wanted to fight the kid himself.

They were sent off to a strange arena. Ochiba still did not believe his words. They sparred and Ochiba was losing but he always found a way out of things. They wee all surprised to see a genin keep up with a Kage. The Council ordered a stop and the the Kage was disbanned for not being strong enough and appointed a new one. Ochiba was finally given the rank of chunin after several years. He thinks he deserves to be jonin with his power.

Chunin Arc.
One day his kage, Crim wanted to examine him. They found the scar on the top of his head and found out he had a minor case of amnesia. It was not to serious he just forgot alot about his past and he can't remember anything about it. No one knows except him and the examiners. It never crossed Ochibas mind. He was still strong and smart so they decided to put him in the office instead of the battlefront for now.
They would watch him and take notes on what he does, how he does it, when he does it. Making sure for anything strange.

He is still under hidden surveillance but is also trusted greatly.

RP Sample:Saito was finally with some other genin. He made it out before and he can do it again, now wasn't a time to talk. "Everyone already left" Saito whispered to the new girl.Saito thought the girl was pretty but that was no matter for that right now. Saito seemed extremely calm, he started to sweat. Just down the street behind these houses would be the escape tunnel. He knew this would be easy. All the houses were connected so all they needed to do was not be detected and make it through the Nara forest. No one goes there. They stayed close to the wall as they walked down the walk that seemed like a life time. Every step was scary and could end a life.

Saito was leading them and was braze, if anyone would come out of these walls and attack Saito would take them. He was braze like his father. His father risked his life for him. As they approached a breaking between the buildings he saw his father. They wouldn't notice if someone walked pass because the breaking was only a couple inches long. He saw his father though, he couldn't do anything. His father was beaten almost to death and captured. A single tear fell as he kept walking.

He would motion then to stop and lay down and such.
The sky getting dark and it started to pour. This was great for there escape. They walked through the puddles and the mud to the escape. The about 50 walk was over, hopefully no one was there.

Saito peeped out the corner and didn't see anyone. He walked out and he was spotted. He was spotted at the Nara forest. A man saw him and he was ordered to halt. Saito put his hand outs trying to warn the other genins not to move.
Saito stayed as he was for a second. The guard didn't alert anyone else.
As he was slowly walking closer Saito put his hands towards him to be put in handcuffs. Right at that second Saito activated a justu that imprisoned the man. It sealed off his air supply and he slowly started to die, once he died Saito dropped the prison and he fell to the ground not making much noise. You could see the anger in Saitos eyes and the rain made it worse.

Saito cut through the fence and started to run through the nara forest. At the end of the forest there would be the wall to jump over. There was a couple scares but they mad it. They reached the Wall.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry, but I have to un approve you. It's because of a rule that I noticed...

You are allowed weapons and jutsu that are D-rank outside of your specialties, you will be limited to 5 picks however.
If you are S-ranked or Kage ranked, you are allowed C-rank and 10 picks.
