"Yasu! Oh yasu! Gotcha!” Meng sung curling her hands over her brothers eyes. “Guess who?”
Yasu , having to nearly bend back ward so she could capture him was more then aware of his sisters antics. “Meng! Where were you . I thought I ask you to stay by my side.”
“Oh!!” Meng huffed pulling his ear down to her so she could glare at him eye to eye.
“That hurts!”
“Good I’m nearly a fine young lady, my over protective brother dose not need to escort me every where I go.” her little pink cheeks puffed from frustration. Slipping her hand away from his earlobe Meng put her hands upon her hips.

Rubbing his bruised ear and squinting at his sister , Yasu grumbled. “No see that is EXACTLY when I need to be your escort. Don’t think im blind to how the boys look at you in the village,Sis.” Running his hands through his hair and fixing his robes he sighed deeply.
“Oh do you really think so?” Meng said bright eyed and hopeful
“That’s not a good thing, Meng!” However his shouts were already taken to a deaf ear as Meng spotted Yue out and about the town market. “DAMN IT! Yasu cursed nearly ready to take flight after his sister, but stopped mid step. The tall Genin hung his head, she was right, but it still made him uneasy.
“Well I have other things to do anyway..” Yasu told himself, in his most convincing tone. As the young Nara looked up from straightening his sleeves a odd figure caught his attention. He looked foreign, better for wear perhaps. He knew almost every visiting dignitary in Konoha, and for the life of him couldn’t recognize the man before him.
“Hm mabey he’s lost” Softly with a quick step Yasu hurried up after the figure. “Excuse me , excuse me sir. You look a bit out of your bearings. Perhaps I could lend you assistance? “ Yasu put one hand, and fist together to bow respectfully to the stranger.

The white eyed man was making his way towards the Hokage building, his black hair accompanied by a dark goatee that framed his lips perfectly. He had only been dropped of a moment ago, and after being harassed for giving them the name of a dead person, he opted to just change his name for the sake of entertainment. So presently, Lee Hyuuga was walking around Konoha, but he looked alot like Hodaka, mostly because thats exactly who it was. After a short and unproductive walk to where he thought the old Hyuuga manor would be, Hodaka sat down in the place he thought he remebered.

"How long have I been gone...", he asked himself

"Long enough to be dead", he said frankly to himself, taking a deep breath and closing his eyes. He let his thought run there course, until they settled on one very important fact. Seu thinks that I am dead..., his mind resounded. Quickly Hodaka stood up and focused his attention toward the Hokage office, would Seu still even be in the village, or did she take the children and go to the island with her parents. "Sh#t", He spoke as he began to make his way down the main road.

He wasn't in the best of conditions to speak to people, especially because tech. speaking, he wasn't even alive, muchless known about, and coupled with the fact that he had no clue how much time had passed. So when the boy ran up to him, he was about to be short with him, but the show of respect made him speak otherwise.

"Thank you very much young man...perhaps you can help me, I am looking for my wife." he said as his white eyes looked over the young boy, a soft smile came over his face.

"Her name is Seu Nara Hyuuga..."

Coming up from his bow Yasu paused and stared at the man with much the same look the other villages must of given him. “P..Pardon” Yasu listened to the man explain again though some what seemingly annoyed to do so. Yasu felt sweat teeter down his neck, and his heat race a million miles a minute. This man couldn’t mean his wife..or maybe that his wife was with the Hokage Seu nara…that had to be it.
Yasu turned his head in the direction of the Hokages office. “ Hokage sama is at the training grounds teaching a class.” He looked the man over again trying to look through his features. He did have the hyuuga eye, he could be his mothers age, but…but that would mean….
Having to plant his chakra into the ground its self jus so the young boy wouldn’t fall over from pure shock, Yasu bowed once again to the man.

“I will take you to her, Seu tends to teach in the afternoons. If she is gruff with you I apologize before hand. She tends to take her position very seriously. Though your lucky your not on the other end of her pupil stick “Yasu rubbed his shoulder in a bad remembrance of such stick. After they had passed the shin obi offices, and he had a moment to clear his head Yasu took stride next to the man.
“I apologize I didn’t get your name. I’m one of the Hokages Assistance and though I’d know most …well no you cant be visiting can you.” Yasu looked up to him now very confused.
“ I’m sorry for being so brash, or perhaps rude, but I grew up in the Hyuuga Clan houses, and Im afraid I don’t recognize you at all. I understand that shin obi must work in ways I would not understand its just….” Yasu looked down chest heaving unsure what exactly to say. “Pardon me I apologize for get what I just mentioned.”

Hodaka smiled in remembrance of Seu and her special touch and laughed to himself, "Its just a stick now? I remember it being a sword , but she wields it with all the love in her heart..", he said with the look of one thinking of good times that had past. "And no need to worry, I am sure if she is gruff with me, it will be within reason.", he spoke coolly.

Hodaka walked in silence until the boy spoke again, he seemed rather flustered, and it wasn't until Hoda had mentioned his wife, whom had apparently become Hokage. Hoda put that to the back of his mind and focused on the young boys question, smiling slightly noticing how uncomfortable he was with asking Hoda the inquiry. Hodaka smiled and waited for the boy to finish his rambling.

"You know you ramble when your nervous, I do the same thing.", he smiled as he and the young boy turned the corner and walked onto a smaller street, "I will have to admit, you don't look like a Hyuuga, but if you lived there, then you most assuredly have seen my face before, just without the facial hair.", he said laughing as he ran two fingers over his newly acquired goatee.

"My name is Hodaka Hyuuga...but apparently so much time has passed by that you may not know the name...but I may be metioned from time to time as Konoha no Raiden.", he said simply to the young boy, his white eyes fixed ahead. "I guess I should ask what your name is?"

Yasu stopped dead in his tracks, he blinked his eyes. Shook his head as the world slowly began to turn into bright glittery scenes, and slowed down as if going to stand on pause. He watched the mans walk as he passed him the shadowy way his hips moved, the stir of his cloak. It was as if he was almost in the middle of what may have been a memory , but flew so quickly from his grasp he had no time to confirm it.
Hearing this his heart swung up into this throat, beating into his ears the massive thumping of his rapid pulse. He managed to watch Hoda walk six paces in front of him but felt like the longest set of steps he’d ever known.
The rich black of his hair fanned as he turned to look at the stagnate boy. Yasu heard him call once , twice but it felt as if it was far away. Muffled by the distance the shock had given him.

When His consciousness caught up to the last question yasu was extremely pale, and shivering from head to toe. Sweat cooling in his palms, and along his brow and neck. Rubbing his lips he pulled the last bit of strength his had in him to sputter out weakly, “ I know your name, from the lip of crib, I”ve known your name….“ Vivid blue eyes shot up to the man in the burst of both terror and shock. IF this man really was his father…. If this really was…Hoda.. He knew he’d break, he knew all the walls built up would tumble light a heavy torrent of rain. Eyes wide, lips trembling the young boy looked past Hodaka to speak
“Yasu…..My Name is Yasurai-Hoda Nara.”

It was Hodaka's turn to have the rug pulled out from underneath him, it felt like someone was standing on his chest. Hodaka's white eyes held the young mans gaze for what felt like an eternity, watching the blue eyed boy shed tears.

He knew immediately the boy wasn't lying, he was a fool not to notice it before, the boy was every bit of his parents, only with the brilliant blue eyes. Hodaka's smiled changed into a look of compassion and love as he moved towards the boy and enclosed him in a warm and encompassing embrace, picking him completely up off of his feet.

"You're all still here...god I have missed you all soo much...", he said quietly as a tear slid down his ageless face. Hodaka kissed his son on the forehead as he sat him back on his feet, he took his sleeve and wiped the boys tears away.

"You have grown into quite the young man, wow, you must be....wow.", Hodaka knelt down and look his son eye to eye. "I know this is alot to process, it is even for me...so...we can just sit here until we can compose ourselves again, although, your mother is going to be very emotional.", he said half jokingly. There were so many things he wanted to ask his son, so many things his son wanted to ask him, and so they sat, Hodaka wearing a rather ridiculous grin slapped across his face.

Yasu was continually wiping his eyes with his sleeves. “Mom is going to freak!.” he said with a choked laugh. Looking back up he kept touching hoads face trying to make it real, and then bury his head back into his shoudlers. “is it really you…dad is it really you!” he cried feeling his hands grasp tightly on the back of his fathers coat. Yet the rich airy, masculine, and sweet scent curled his fears, he knew that scent. It was the same as the one who had held him with love as a very small infant. Yasu was unsure how long he stood holding onto his father tightly , hearing his breath, feeling his heart beat. He knew his soul knew even though his mind was screaming this was not his father.
“Father…father you’ve come back!…your alive Can it really be you?”

“Yasu! Yasu! Sure get on my case for disappearing.” Meng huffed having followed her brothers chakra flow to the small road way. Her little nose curled seeing yasu collapsed into some unknown Hyuugas arms bawling. It shocked her so much that the little slipered feet feel silent against the pavement. She’d never seen her brother cry like this, never known him to let go of the hurt and bitter pain he seemed to have since birth.
“Y-Yasu” Meng whispered now standing above the two hugging men. “What happened!.”
Meng reached for her brothers shoulder but he whirled around to grasp her tightly, tears falling against the green silk of her clothes. “Meng… Meng!” Yasu cried holding her tightly feeling as if his body would crumble if he let go of her. His girth made the girl drop to her knees as she held her brother close to her, Fingers shifted through his hair, a gesture as if she had done this many times before in his arms, suddenly Fear ran through her, eyes snapping to the man that Yasu had crumbled upon. As both children trembled her voice gapsed, “MOM! NO….no! Oh god ..did something happen, Is mom alive!”

Meng clutched her brother again shivering as fear over her took her letting tears running down her soft peach cheeks.“ She..she’s okay right! Cousin please…please tell me my mother is alive.” Why else would yasu break down like this it was the only conclusion she could think of. Tears fell from her soft blue eyes in the pure terror of hearing her mother had died. “Meng, ….Meng” Yasu managed to sob holding her shoulders at arms length head nestled betwixt them. “Meng Mother is fine.” He fel, her body jerk at the realization , he felt her grip his wrists tightly head jerking around in confusion. “Then…Then what happened Yasu, what what is going on your scaring me!” Meng shrilled shaking him softly. “ Your scaring me, Yasu, please She trembled snapping her head back up to look to the elder hyuuga with a pleading for him to say something.

Hodaka watched his two children interact with one another, and upon hearing the tone in the young woman's voice, he knew that it was his daughter.

"That look you just shot me is completely like your mother's when she was demanding answers. Probably the same look I am going to get in a few minutes.", Hodaka said quietly as he rose to his feet once more.

"Your mother is fine, as far as I know...but..umm...", Hodaka stammered for a second, he was very nervous about his daughter for some reason, which is what was making him ramble.

"Well, I went on this ANBU mission after your mom and I had you and I got hurt really badly, I haven't woken up until a few weeks ago, and then I couldn't really remember what I had done, or why I was where I was so I just came home, and then I bumped into my son, your brother and then he started crying and then you came around the corner.", Hodaka spoke rapidly, almost too rapid to be understood...but then he took a deep breath as he looked into Mengs eyes.

"I am your father...", he said as calmly as he could, his white eyes holding them both softly within his gaze.

"Meng...I am your father...", he said trying to hold back tears once again.

Her eyes popped and looked to Yasu for confirmation. The young boy nodded wiping his eyes hands shaking on the pavement as he let his sister go. “Aw…” Meng’s jaw dropped as she rose to her feet. “But…but how! How…..do we…” At this moment her mouth ran with shrills in the language Seu had grown up in. The Girl looked at her hands, and shook her head, gripped her hair, and he paced from pure shock.
Only when she felt Hodas hands upon her shoulder, and the blue eyes of his daughter rose up to look into her fathers did her mouth shut, and words failed to come out. She could feel him trembling, his breath beat in and out like a humming’s bird wing. Then the scent oh how she new that scent. It curled into her sense eyes falling back into her head as she took a deep breath of him. Sensing every detail right down to the sweat curling down the edge of his spine.
Souls curling, and mingling between time and space, oh he was warm and blurred of fire. Like the Bird of fire he was name for. She would have been lost up in his entire being if one of his tears had not fallen to her bottom lip.
“Aw!” drawing in the salty dew drop her eyes snapped back to focus on her fathers cloud like orbs. “Father..oh god father!” she cried slipping up into him her arms tighten around his neck remembering how she had done this once so very small. “Father…I love you so much . Welcome home.”

Yasu continued to wipe his eyes as he let them have their moment, his mind was reeling, and then it stopped. “Mom we have to tell mom!” He said Meng turning her head to look at her brother still wrapped up in her fathers arms. “Oh….oh mom.. Mom died that day, her life, her soul, her spark it melted away when you never returned, daddy.” Meng said slipping down to look up at him. “ I want to ask you so much, We both do.” She spoke her brother who had his finger up to say just that.
“ The entire vilalge things your dead! Mom built a shrine, and dojo in your honor, she teaches tell she bleeds in those halls. “ The twins exchanged a glance Meng took her fathers hand.
“Your grandmother is still alive, Bao Jai to….The whole family..” She whispered suddenly caught up in every things that her eyes rolled back and fainted for the floor.

“Meng!”

His eyes lit up when he heard his daughter call him daddy. All the treasures in all the world couldn't amount to how happy he was in this moment. He was taken back by how beautiful his children were, it was as if all the years before had been erased by the love his children showered him with. He smiled as he held his daughter ever so closely, feeling her hair against his face, making his nose tickle. He giggled slightly as Meng and Yasu exchanged a knowing glance, sibling telepathy at work made him smile brightly.

Suddenly they were off as Meng, very much like her mother took Hoda's hand and showed him the way, talking at a million miles a minute. But as she did, her hands became clammy and he felt her skin get cold as she fainted and began her descent toward the ground.

His hands came up and caught her gently before she touched the ground placing her head on his arms and her legs in his other arms, he smiled towards his son, "I guess its time to see your mother, and get some water for Meng while we're there.", he said smiling as he followed his son to lay his eyes on his love once again.

Yasu escorted his father to the Dojo, here a few of the students took Meng from the strange hyuuga but didn’t ask questions. Something about his precnes almost damned authority.
“Were is my mother?” Yasu asked one of the men dressed in blue hakama. “ She’s at the memorial shrine. Hurry though I hear she has some ….things on her plate.” The student and another exchange a glance and the man put his hand upon yasu’s shoulder. “It ..It will be okay Yasu-kun.”
That was picular,and oddly out of place, yasu thought blinking up to him. “ Ryo what do you mean by that?”
Ryo shook his head and patted the boys own locks as the two student exited the room. “God the Hokages gotten even more visious, did you see this bruise! I think I broke some ribs” They heard one of the men yammer as he walked down the hall. Turning around Yasu found that his father had already gone out to the gardens, he was about to go after him but thought better of it. No..no this was something his parents had to do alone. Bending over he gently soaked a cloth in a water basin to pat his sisters head as she stirred on a pillow.

Seu was knelt over a altar in the cent of a large flower garden. A stone figure smiled down from behind the altar, sweet peas curling up his legs. Hoda might be slightly disturbed by the stone companion It after all looked exactly like him. With a quick movement of her hand the women extinguished the flames, and put two more incense in the black sand.
“I Hadn’t expected to be disturbed so quickly.” She uttered feeling the man behind her but completely null or perhaps numb to Hodaka presence. Years of yearning for him, mourning for him, had harded any blush of love that would sting at her heart. She’d feel for the man but had shut out any call of his soul, or make. Having it to hard to be attached to something long dead.
Getting up to from her knees Seu gathered her skirts with a sigh . “Well I suppose I should be thankful for even the luxury to honor my husbands memory. I get so very few moments to come here anymore.” Seu sighed pulling her long black hair up into a twist upon her head exposing her back, and neck before quickly slipping a pin through the bob. “Alright, Though I’m worried that these fanatics will up rise, I don’t want blood shed on konoha soil.” With a quick turn Seu turned around to see the man standing behind her.
At first she blinked, rubbed her eyes and looked again. So many times she had thought one of Hodas clan brothers was him. Often mistaking them from the corner of her eye. However this illusion did not fade into someone else. Her brow furrowed teeth slightly tapping together.
Instantly her chakra, her shadows were probing the figure before her fearing this some sort of trick, or rouse.
Her Heart quickened when her shadows found nothing, her breasts heaved nearly out of their corsets confined as air slicked into her. With a shaky hand, weary glance, and the other hand upon the hilt of her sword Seu stepped forward . “Your dead.” she quivered hand nearly to his face now. “ You cant possibly be …its …impossible..” He’d see her eyes widen with fear that if she let her self believe for one moment her soul mate had returned, and have it be false…Seu’s soul would die from the very center of her.

Fingers braced the edge of his face the warmth sending shivers up her spine, and the second, no the instant his chakra flicked into her, Seu’s face, and body collapsed. “HODA!” Their souls had mated on a level most had ever known, a deep resonating pressure that filled every ounce of them with each other, with love, and companionship. A bond that had nestled its self nine months in her womb, A bond , a love she feared was gone for ever. Nails snatched at his coat as she fell to her knees in sobs, deep heavy sobs, of joy and pain, of fear, and elation. “Hoda…Hoda, Oh god hoda your alive… your alive.” Her head shot up flicking the bob from her sending wisps of black against her pale face catching on the tears that were now streaming down her high cheek bones.

His eyes lit up under her touch, bringing a soft knowing smile to his face. She was still as radiant as he remembered her, and her touch was as gentle and sure, he took her hand as she fell to the floor and kissed it softly. Taking in her presence, the warmth of her skin, the strength in her hands, and the way the scent of jasmine tickled his nose. She was a breath of air to his soul, and he could feel her love for him as she felt his face.

He squatted down in front of the woman he loved so much, and looked deep into her eyes. There were so many things he wanted to ask her, so many things he wanted to say. But in that moment, all he could do was kiss her, and that is exactly what he did.

"Seu-chan...", his voice quivered after there lips met.

Softly he placed his forehead against hers, breathing her into him once more.
