The character is well-known and respected figure on the streets of the Ninja World. He may be known as a killer not to be crossed, an honest costermonger or a likable thief. In any case, the character is generally regarded as a member of the Family in good standing. The character may be sought out for jobs or information. He can find information, weapons, pharmaceuticals, and inexpensive stolen goods with little trouble. If he is holding misappropriated property, he will have no trouble finding a fence to move the goods. When in need, he can find a safe house in which to hide until trouble passes.
Notorious
The character is notorious throughout the Village. Rumors about the character circulate throughout the city especially in the social circles he frequents. Notorious characters will be constantly harassed. Holders may find themselves refused service or entry into exclusive clubs, and lower-class characters may be threatened on sight or shunned completely. Notorious criminals will certainly come face-to-face with the Ninja Police from time to time. Notoriety is not without its benefits, however. The notoriously violent, for example, may cause fear wherever he goes, making intimidation and waiting in queues easy. Notorious characters will also attract a certain desperate element that is anxious to learn what makes them tick.

The character possesses a mysterious factor that keeps him from getting ill, literally rendering him immune to unknown pathogens, including the Plague. (Not Poisons/Acids/Etc, only "Disease")

General Appearance: Adair’s hair is naturally a bright baby blue, though it is strange, it his natural hair color and he likes it because it makes him stand out from all the other kids. Adair’s eyes are a hazel-brown. Adair has medium sized ears, not to big yet not exactly small. Adair has a small nose and almost always wears a determined look on his face.
Adair was born with a birthmark looking like a star on his right arm. He wears a black shirt with metal coating on the front and sides and a star matching his mark on the back, a double wrapped metal belt, white with black shorts with metal at the end and black and white shoes. He wears gloves with the fingertips cut off with a star on the back. Every once in a while Adair will wear a long black scarf with the uchiha clan symbol on it. Adair was born left-handed, but was taught to do things right-handed leading to him being ambidextrous. On the back of his belt Adair carries three pouches for kunai, shuriken and senbon.

Personality: Adair has a photographic memory, that he developed as a child. The first time he actually showed that he had photographic memory was when his mother forgot her grocery list and Adair was able to read off every item from the list in order, at the age of 6. Adair didn’t notice this as being useful in his earlier years until he went to the academy where it came in handy a lot. Born left-handed and being raised right-handed led Adair to be ambidextrous. While his left arm is still weaker than his right it still has the same capabilities and is even better in some aspects. While growing up Adair liked to watch when people had conversations and because of his photographic memory he remember what people looked like when they lied, while he liked to be the person who would rat on the people lying this earned him the reputation of being a “tattle-tale”. Adair didn’t have many friends during his younger years, but he didn’t mind so much he liked to watch people talk and do things rather than to actually do them. Though he is a genius when it comes to his studies, he excels completely in the Jutsu arts. He has always been very talented in ninjutsu, but he seems to have an extraordinary talent in the physical arts~Taijutsu. This is why most people assume he is so built (muscle-wise), even at his young age. Though he is an aggressive person, he is truly a kind kid, as he is often seen feeding stray animals. His main dream is to become the greatest Medical Ninja and become a well respected Hokage.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.

Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area. This requires a fan.

Description: The user will flip or roll to their shoulder blades, and begin to spin in a triangle-copter like motion. It is a high speed Taijutsu attack that can sweep the feet of an opponent and cause them to fly into the air defenseless for another attack. This of course, is using their weight and speed against them. Or if used vs a Kenjutsu/Weaponry user, it can disarm them. Separating them from their blade or weapon with ease.
At C rank this jutsu starts to use a higher amount of chakra. The chakra increases the speed of the movement, making the user look almost like a blur. It can now be used to deflect projectiles such as Kunai, Shuriken, and the like.

Description:
Tisui will begin to burn his chakra more freely to focus on speed and movement. This increases his agility and speed significantly, to the point of his chakra becoming visible by the naked eye, with each action he commits too. Using his speed combined with his fierce Taijutsu, his blows will be even more powerful. This jutsu burns the chakra tank of whatever ranked used and will last for 2 post (ending on the second post unless used again)
At C rank his movements and agility are raised by 10%
-If hit by his Taijutsu at this speed, it will cause bruises but leave the opponent with functioning organs and bones.-
At B rank his movements and agility are raised by 15%
-If hit by his Taijutsu at this speed, it will give Tishui the ability to shatter bones with locked on punches and kicks. While adding on the effects of the first level-

-If hit by his Taijutsu at this speed, it will cause the opponent to suffer from internel bleeding if his mark is hit dead on. This also causes the effects of the first two ranks-

Description: The Ninja stands behind the opponent, grabs them around their waist, lifts them up, and falls backwards while bridging his/her back and legs, slamming the opponent down to the ground shoulder and upper back first. The ninja keeps the waistlock and continues bridging with their back and legs, pinning the opponent's shoulders down against the ground.

Description: The user would proceed on the left side by delivering a low kick followed by a mid kick to a high kick then brings his/her leg up in an axe kick of two more blows. He/she then follows suite with the same actions on the right side and ends with a mid roundhouse kick into a reverse roundhouse and follows one more time until he jumps for the last round and ends it with a back flip kick, launching his opponent to the air. Can be used in conjunction right before Dancing Leaf Shadow.

Description:
This is an easy but useful counterattack. When an opponent is trying to punch the user or stab him with a knife or anything of the same size the user will only have to slap the opponents hand down. After the user slaps the opponents hand down he must rapidly raise his hand and concentrate chakra in his joint to make the hit more powerful. After he concentrated chakra in his joint the user will hit the opponent in the chin probably knocking them on the ground. If not knocking them than they will just lose balance for a second and that’s enough to make another attack. For this counterattack only good reaction is needed.

Name: Konoha Counterattack number 2: Deflect and round kick

Description:
This is almost the same as the number one but the only thing is that the counterattack is only used for weapons that are larger than a knife like a sword or anything similar. There are a lot of ways to slash somebody and this counterattack has few ways to deflecting them. When an opponent is slashing at the user from the above the user must only concentrate and wait for the right opportunity to deflect it. When the time comes the user must make a step forward and hit the opponents arm on the left or the right side so when the user hits him the opponent will lose balance. So basically the hit must be quiet powerful. If the user isn’t an expert with taijutsu moves, than it’s recommended to use chakra as power up. So after the user hits the arm and the opponent loses balance than its time to kick him with a round kick. Mostly this round kick is done with a jump. So Deflect, jump and round kick. This type is mostly for all slashing motions. Before the opponents slashes the user, he makes a step forward to be as closer to the opponent. Than he must hit the opponents arm with a hard hit and than rapidly jump and instantly do the round kick. The kick can be aimed anywhere but the best option is to hit in the head.

Description:
This counterattack is used when the opponent is trying to stab the user with a sword. Since a sword is too big to use the counterattack number one, with this counter the user will avoid the danger of being stabbed with turning around for 360 degrees. While turning when in the half way till finishing the spin the user will grab the opponents arm only for a brief moment to push him forward and make him lose balance. After that the user will turn rapidly and hit the opponent with his elbow on the opponent’s neck. The opponent should get knocked on the floor but if the hit was made by a jounin the opponent will get knocked out. And if the jounin is a taijutsu expert the hit could possibly kill the opponent.

Description: It's a really simple move to execute. When an opponent tries to hit the user with a punch or stab him the user will bend back just before the opponent hits him. The opponent's punch will miss the user and he will find himself just in front of the user. The user will immediately grab the opponent's waist and lifting him while the user bands back again and eventually crushing the opponents face to the ground dealing a moderate damage. It could possibly break the opponents nose.

Description: This is a bit complicated move to execute. When the opponent tries to punch the user, the user will avoid the punch just by an inch. After that the user will grab the opponents arm with one hand, than he will place the other hand he will place on the opponents shoulder and with a foot he will push the opponents leg and in same time pushing with the two hands while adding a big amount of wind chakra that will add extra push and eventually sending the opponent in the air spinning so hard that he could feel sick and than he will fall in full speed while rotating hard on his face which will be enough to knock out almost any enemy.

Description: This technique requires a good amount of agility to preform correctly. Once the opponent throws a punch or swings their arm outward, the user will duck/dive to avoid it, grabbing their arm in the mean-while. They move the opposite direction around the body that the arm is meant to, bending it over itself, if preformed correctly, it can break, the shoulder, elbow, and wrist bones in one quick sweep. The user then turns and throws the opponent a good distance. If the user bends the opponents arm in the opposite direction, they will be set up for death, since their other arm will be easy enough to move to punch or stab clear into the user's face.

Description: This involves extreme accuracy, the user will have to place their blows precisely in order to harness the full effect of this jutsu. The user applies Chakra to their palms and does a hand-spring forward aiming two kicks at both the opponent's knee's, if this strike is successful the opponent's Knee's will bend inwards and the opponent forwards. The user would then utilize both elbows and do an attack to the opponents shoulders or elbows, dislocating or breaking them. If Applied to the elbows of the opponent, it can be used again at the neck of the opponent using the user's fists to break their neck, all in one swift moment.

After using this ability, Hiruko is able to detect their natural elemental affinity, and then manipulate the victim's chakra and perform ninjutsu.

These four limbs are lit with a B-Rank fire that can cause 3rd degree burns. It can be used in comparison with any Taijutsu, or plain hand-to-hand combat for that matter. Every time something makes physical contact with an ignited limb, it sends a few sparks flying. The ignition can also burn through clothes, C and lower rank weapons, and cannot be put out unless by B or higher rank Suiton jutsu.[/size]

History:
Birth Arc: Adair Kurayami was born on a stormy October night, the Twenty-First to be completely exact. He was birthed by to great Jounin and Tokubetsu Jounin--Hagashi Takahada and Yuri Kurayami. They were both well respected shinobi of Hoshigakure no Sato, otherwise known as the Hidden Star Village. Adair was the only child of the never-married-couple, and even with him being the only one they were very poor. You see, Hoshigakure was under heavy economic troubles, thus they were forced to migrate somewhere else. They hadn't planned on moving to Konohagakure, but both Hagashi and Yuri were offered great jobs, and that brought them to stay in Konohagakure no Sato--The Hidden Leaf Village, his MOM'S home village.
Pre-Academy Arc: Growing up, Adair was always a very bright kid. He didn't know much about it, but he respected his homeland very much. One day, at the age of 5, he decided he should match his homelands forehead protector's symbol. He flowed Katon chakra into his hand and let it transfer into the metal of his father's old headband. He then slapped it on his right shoulder. From that point forward, he bared Hoshigakure's symbol. Around the other kids, he was mocked, not only because he was dumb enough to burn a star into his shoulder, but also because his extraordinary talent. He always excelled passed the other children, this made him a social 'outcast.' He actually didn't care about this, he prefers to listen to people speak and speak when spoken to than to be the one speaking. The only time Adair really remembered spending a lot of time together was when the clan elder of the Kurayami clan came to place the clan seal on his left hand. This made him stand out even more. Since he didn't have any friends, he had a lot of free time on his hands. Plus, since both his parents got up before him to go to work and didn't come back until he was asleep, he was forced to do many things on his own. After spending so much time alone, he adapted completely to it, and when his father was promoted and offered less time, Adair denied his dad and continued to train on his own. Going at his own pace, his parents enrolled him into the Konohagakure Ninja Academy at the age of 7.
Academy Arc: During his few months in the Academy, Adair was very much adored, almost worshiped by his sensei's. They loved his complexity in the way he solved his tasks, and his skills in the Shinobi Arts. This made the other kids especially envious, especially since he was the youngest kid in the whole academy. They were all jealous, and two kids even decided it would be fun to get 'rid' of him. One day when Adair was walking home, two of the boys jumped out of an ally and tried to jump him. This is when Adair finally was able to control his Kekkei Genkai. The boys were very talented themselves, they were both very extensive manipulators of fire, and they tried to perform a collaboration technique. They shot a canon of flames at him, but he quickly thought and raised his left hand, inhaling all the flames into his palm, and released the now blue flames onto the boys, burning them to death. The council of Konoha had finally come to the conclusion that Adair was too dangerous for the other kids, so they promoted him to Genin at the age of eight. After five months in the ninja academy, he had already surpassed all the 11-13 year olds that were just now supposed to be graduating. And the kids in his very own age group weren't even supposed to be in the academy yet, making him the youngest Genin of his generation...
